Camas Quilt and Knit Show Meeting
February 17, 2011Thursday 2-17 at 6pm at The Uncommon Gift at 407 NE 4th Ave. Come if you would like to be a part of the organization of this great event to be held in downtown in August.
River Quilts is Coming!
A new quilt store is opening in Downtown Camas. River Quilts will open its doors in March by local quilter Nancy Sullivan. Fabric, notions, supplies and classes will be offered. Will be wonderful to have this in downtown especially with the first annual Camas Quilt and Knit Show coming in August! Welcome Nancy and River Quilts.
March First Friday “Arts and Letters”
First Friday March 4th from 5-8pm will bring amazing student art and local authors to Downtown Camas. Come down and vote for your favorite art (and marvel at the fact these are students!) and be entered to win a great gift basket from the merchants. Authors will be located throughout town to sell their books and do signings. Readings from each of the authors start at 6pm at Journey Church.
